Customers Privacy Policy – EDP Iran

  1. The Customers information in this business consists of :

ID numbers

Rebates

Discounts

Promotions

Payment terms

Shelf Life matrix

Delivery terms

Contract Duration

2. The above said information will be received/finalized prior to/during fulfillment of any contractual/Non-contractual supply from the Supplier side.

3. Depending on Channel/Region/Area/Branch where the customer is located, different accessibilities are applicable:

3.1 The below positions have common access to all terms and conditions of all customers:

  • 1 x Sales Accounting Manager
  • 2 x Sales Accountant – Cashier
  • 1 x Head of IT/IS
  • 1 x IS Manager
  • 1 x Sales Director

3.2 When the customer is in Key Account channel, below have access:

  • 2 Authorized Signatory team (including GM)
  • x National Key Account Manager
  • 2 x Key Account Managers

3.3 When the Customer is in AFH Channel, the below will have access to :

  • 2 x Authorized Signatory team (including GM)
  • x National Key Account Manager
  • 1 x AFH/HORECA Manager

3.3- When the Customer in Distributors channel, the below will have access to :

  • 2 x Authorized Signatory team (including GM)
  • 1 x Regional Sales Manager
  • 1 x Area Sales Manager
  • 1 x PMD

3.4 When the Customer in DSD Channel, the access will be given to:

  • 1 x Regional Sales Manager
  • 1 x Area Sales Manager
  • 1 x Sales Supervisor

4. The information in article 1 are solely being used for Commercial/Sales purpose to the customers

5. All above positions have signed “Confidentiality Conditions” in their “Employment Contract”

6. They’ve each signed this document as an emphasis to the confidentiality requirements and terms
